Liberty Federal Savings and Loan Association was founded in 1885. At the time of founding, our mission was to serve the savings and home financing needs of Baltimore city's Patterson Park neighborhood. Furthermore, the association was established as a mutual thrift, which means we are owned by our customers.

Over the years, Liberty Federal Savings and Loan Association has added new locations and expanded our product array to better serve our customers. We remain a mutual savings institution and strive to serve the changing needs of the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Liberty Federal Savings and Loan Association's capital ratios far exceed the requirements set forth by our regulatory agency, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
